How to earn it?
If you finish any three GFNY's in 2024 of any distance, you will receive the special GFNY 3x FINISHER 2024 medal. 

What does it represent?
An accomplishment that celebrates not only your ability to complete three challenging races, but the commitment to put in the training and the journey to each start line and finish line. Earning the medal will make 2024 a memorable year for your accomplishments and adventures.

What does it mean for you: what do you get out of it?
The fun at the various races - being part of the GFNY Family, meeting friends from races at other locations, making new friends.

Knowing that at every race, you can have a similar experience, but in a different location, with local uniqueness and flair.

How do you go about selecting the three races?
You can start your plan by thinking about what motivates you: a specific course feature, time of year, visiting a new destination, having a PR on a familiar course, making your GFNYs into a family vacation, ease of travel, or something else. 

Also take into consideration things like: 

• Travel logistics: Is it a long weekend kind of trip, or are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience and willing to make a significant trip?
• Time of year: When do you have time to travel? When do you have more time in your schedule to get in the trailing miles? When is training and travel taking a 2nd place to other things happening in your life.
• Season & temperatures: Both at home and at the race. For example: getting out of the cold at home to combine cycling with a warm weather vacation.
• The race destination: Have you been and loved it and craving to come back for more fun, or the destination has been on your bucket list and this is the year to make the dream a reality.
• The course: Are the course topography or features the determining factors as to which GFNY you do? Do you seek out epic climbs and mountains, or a flat and fast course, or maybe rolling hills?

If you finish 3 GFNY's in 2024, you will receive the special GFNY 3x FINISHER 2024 medal. 

For every 10th GFNY that you finish (counting from the first GFNY in 2011), you will get special 10x/20x/30x/40x medals. 

Log into your GFNY.cc account to track your progress. When you sign up for races, be sure to you enter your GFNY ID because your multi-finisher medal tracking is based on your GFNY ID. If you have a GFNY ID mismatch, gfny.cc will not be able to allocate your tickets or results to you correctly and you may miss out on the post-race celebrations or podium recognition. Email us if you need support with correcting your GFNY ID for your past results or your current tickets to tie everything into your one main GFNY ID.
